In addition to gaining insight into the different perspectives on tea’s health benefits, the class includes insight into how the tea industry can walk the fine line between the limits on claims enforced by the US Food and Drug Administration and still convey to the public the many positive benefits that drinking tea can bring into our lives

I was looking forward to this module but as I expected the more you learn the more questions it raises.

Very informative. Surprising in many regards - from the wide range of health benefits to the narrow definitions of the FDA/FTC. Certainly recommended as a primer to any interested in the growth and development of the tea industry.

The information in this course was not only helpful but inspirational. We all know that there is great depth to the health benefits of this amazing beverage but if it really does everything the Chinese say it can, this course should be taught to more than just us tea people. Thanks to All!

I really enjoyed this course and look forward to exploring these topics more in depth. I wish we had more time to dive in deeper into the research. I also wish I had more time to spend on this course (it's a crazy time of year for me).

I found the course very interesting and learned quite a bit to enhance my knowledge of tea and how it can be used to enhance health. I enjoyed the history of tea and the many great references to published research. My only suggestion would be to included some of the pronouncement suggestions after the words.

Loved this course - don't change a thing! Cheers!

This was a very good introduction to tea & health. I think there is so much information about benefits to health that it would've been difficult to capture it all here. Also, it is always changing, evolving & improving! Touching on Ayurvedic principles could be a good addition to consider for future revisions.

With all of the media attention on the reported ehealth benefits of tea, not to mention the swiftness that the retail sector has embraced these benefits for marketing and sales purposes, it is vital that those of us in the industry make every effort to educate ourselves so that we can advise consumers properly. This course is very vital in that regard.
