Welcome to the Certificate in Advanced Black Tea Cupping Protocols and Terminology. This is an important and innovative specialist tea course which covers tea evaluation, tea terminology and provides you with a solid understanding of the world of black tea. At the end of the course you will be able to cup professionally, distinguish between good and poor teas, know the different types of manufacturing processes and grades and use correct tea terminology Throughout the course you will have a theoretical section and a practical section and upon the completion of each section there will a short quiz to complete.
