We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

We endeavor to process and ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Australian Public holidays. Kits should be received within one to two weeks of order placement; please let us know if you have not received your kit within this time frame and we will investigate.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped with Australia Post International Express and will be delivered by your local postal service (for example USPS in the United States, Royal Mail in the United Kingdom). You will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number when we create the shipment; please use this to track your shipment. You can also use the parcel tracking service offered by EMS to track your shipment.

Address Details

All kits are shipped free of charge and will be shipped to the address you provide at point of checkout. We check the billing address and shipping address; if only one address is provided we will ship to the billing address by default.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the address details provided are correct and complete. There is limited support we can provide with updating address details as the parcels ship from Australia; once they have left Australia there is limited support available from our shipping provider.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will come from Australia Post – please ensure you check your junk folder as well as sometimes these emails end up here. Tracking notifications are sent to the email that you provided at point of course sign-up.

What if I do not collect my parcel?

If delivery is attempted and you are not available, the parcel will be taken to your local post office and will be held for collection. If not collected, the parcel will be returned to sender. We will contact you prior to re-sending to confirm the address details are correct. We will attempt to re-send the parcel once only; any additional attempts will incur additional fees.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact the shipping provider to file a claim.
