This course takes you on a journey through Vietnam’s tea story — from ancient history to the tea ceremony, from tea and food pairing through to today’s modern tea trends. You’ll discover Vietnamese tea ware, strikingly distinct from Chinese or Korean styles, and explore how the Vietnamese tea ceremony is woven into culture and tradition — including weddings.

You’ll be introduced to rare and remarkable teas unique to Vietnam, such as Dragon Claw tea and Lotus tea and your free tea tasting pack will include some of the rarest teas of Vietnam.
