Quick Summary (TL;DR)
- Free shipping worldwide. All physical kits ship free via Australia Post International Express.
- 2–3 business days processing. Your order ships within 2–3 business days from Australia.
- 1–2 weeks delivery. Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks globally.
- Track your shipment. You’ll get an email from Australia Post with tracking info.
- Check your address. We can’t fix address issues once the parcel leaves Australia.
Processing Time
We process and ship orders within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays).
If you haven’t received your kit within 2 weeks of ordering, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Shipping Method
All physical kits are shipped via Australia Post International Express.

Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks from Australia.

Shipping Address
Double-check your address before completing checkout.
- Kits ship to the address you provide at checkout
- If you only provide one address, we ship to your billing address by default
- You’re responsible for providing accurate, complete address details
Important: Once your parcel leaves Australia, we have limited ability to update address details. Make sure it’s correct before ordering.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number.
- Check your spam/junk folder—sometimes tracking emails end up there
- Tracking notifications are sent to the email you used at course sign-up
- You can also track via EMS parcel tracking
Missed Delivery
If you’re not home when delivery is attempted:
- The parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection
- You’ll have a collection window (varies by country)
- If not collected, the parcel will be returned to us in Australia
Re-sending returned parcels:
- We’ll contact you to confirm your address before re-sending
- We’ll re-send once at no charge
- Additional re-send attempts will incur shipping fees
International Orders
Customs & Import Duties:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country
- These fees are not included in your order total
- Contact your local customs office for specific rates and regulations
Lost or Damaged Packages
We’re not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
- Contact the shipping carrier (your local postal service) to file a claim
