ADV.08 Tea Sommelier Essentials
One of the newest and most coveted careers in the tea industry today is that of Tea Sommelier. This class defines the role, explores what distinguishes a Tea Sommelier from other tea professionals, and equips students with the service, evaluation, and communication skills that are the hallmarks of the credential.

ADV.11 Blending, Flavoring & Scenting
Many companies jump into the world of flavoring and blending teas without fully understanding the operational consequences. This class addresses the three main techniques used by tea professionals – scenting, flavoring, and blending – and the practical, legal, and sensory considerations that come with bringing these processes in-house.
